Lean Thinking has revolutionised the way we conceive organisation.
Another meeting of our Lean Road Show will focus on Logistics and more specifically on Kanban, a Lean method to manage stocks and to simplify materials and information flow.
The objective of our meeting is to present the advantages of manual Kanban and the features of IKS Electronic Kanban (e-kanban), one of the few software package worldwide that supports the management of a production process based on the pull logic and makes integration with suppliers fast and flexible.
The next events of our Lean Road Show will be:

- Value added in production: how to improve the productivity of a line– November 30, 2017
- War to waste in production: OEE, Methods-time measurement, etc.to improve efficiency – December 5, 2017
It is possible to withdraw from participation to a master class sending a notice at least seven days before the beginning date of the master class. In case of omitted or delayed withdrawal notice we will charge 50% of the master class cost.
In order to make learning and discussion more fruitful a minimum number of participants is required. In case that number is not reached the course will be postponed and the new date will be communicated within three days.
In case of postponement registered people have the right of withdrawal or they will be automatically registered for the next scheduled date.
At month end we will issue an invoice with a 30 days payment term.
