GC&P to train International Development Experts. Application procedure open
In collaboration with other Experts, GC&P will be involved in the training of International Development Experts as part of a Work Experience project.
Applications are now open for those who want to participate in the initiative that includes both training and work experience.
This project has the purpose to create experts available for companies that want to start or improve their international development.
At the end of the training participants will have a good knowledge of international trade laws and regulations and of methods and techniques to develop marketing strategies and to approach foreign customers. They will also become familiar with the use of websites, blogs and social networks in order to approach foreign markets.
Maximum number of participants: 20 people.
The Work Experience Project includes:
– 200 hours of training on the following themes:
- Methods and techniques to promote sales in foreign markets using web tools;
- How to apply methods and tools for international development;
- How to define the right policies to develop business in European Countries, in Emerging Countries, in USA and Canada;
- How to define and carry out effective marketing strategies;
- Technical and business English.
Locations of the training sessions: Vicenza and Padua
– 16 hours of role orientation
– From 2 to 6 months internship with companies located in the Vicenza and Padua area and with companies in Croatia.
Internships will be as follows:
- 14 three months internships with companies in the provinces of Vicenza and Padua
- 1 six months internship with a company located in Noventa Vicentina
- 5 two months internships with Croatian companies.
The selection is open to unemployed people above 29 years of age.
Participants who do not receive any income support will receive an allowance of 3 Euros per hour of internship.
For internships done abroad, board and lodging expenses will be paid for.
