Born in Valdagno (VI), he graduated as a mechanical engineer from Padua University. For over 20 years he has worked with very important international companies as research and development manager and he has directed large groups of technical designers and engineers. In more recent years he has worked as Operations Manager in an important international group. Presently he works as a consultant with innovative small and medium sized companies. Gaetano speaks Italian and English.
