Inside our training path on Sales we have chosen to propose a workshop on Touch Point Excellence, a method to manage the contacts with one’s customers.
The objective of the workshop is to present a method to design and plan the relationship with the customer and all touch points that can create new sales opportunities and improve customer loyalty.
During the day we will deal in depth with the following themes:
- Strengths as perceived by our customers: why and when they contact us!
- Our relationship with the customers: how coherently and effectively are we managing it?
- Our company: how accessible is it to our customers?
- The contact: rethinking our processes as an opportunity of customer service and better communication with our customers
- TOUCH POINT EXCELLENCE: a successful strategy
- Time and resources needed.
We will also propose practical exercises.
At midday, we will serve a buffet lunch.
Participants will receive a participation certificate.
Participation fee is € 300 + VAT.
We will grant a discount to companies that will attend with more than one participant. We will grant a special discount to the persons who will enrol for all the four workshops.

In order to make learning and discussion more fruitful a minimum number of participants is required.
In case that number is not reached the event will be postponed and the new date will be communicated within three days.
In case of postponement registered people have the right of withdrawal or they will be automatically registered for the next scheduled date.
