Born in Padova he graduated in Economic Statistics from Padua University. During his career as a manager he worked for several manufacturing companies belonging to international groups. His experience focused on change management, finance & control, strategy planning, compliance, lean accounting, etc.. In his thirty year experience he held the positions of CFO and of managing director and took part in important international projects. Since 2009 he has started a new career as management consultant and temporary manager. He works mainly on projects of startups, organizational change, and turnaround management. He is a certified public accountant and registered legal auditor. Roberto speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
