New rules on Company Crisis: second meeting

Legislative Decree 14 of 2019 establishes that every company must implement organizational structures capable to prevent possible situations of crisis. GC&P has developed a model that can allow a company not only to abide by the new law, but also to improve its organization according to the Lean principles and increase its sales and profits.

Every time a company supplies a product or a service to a customer it assumes a risk because it provides a value in the present against a payment to be received in the future.  Consequently, credit management is a vital activity for every company because of its impact on its financial situation.

The main objectives of an effective credit management are the optimization of the collection cycle and the minimization of credit losses. A good credit management reduces payment times and identifies the customers with a higher level of risk.

During the workshop we will deal with the following topics:

  • methods of payment and their implications
  • how to implement an effective credit management policy
  • most effective indicators to monitor the situation of credits.

This event is for entrepreneurs, managers, controllers, accountants and professionals like CPA (Commercialisti).

Our presenters will be:
Cofounder of GC&P, expert in Lean Accounting
Chief Financial Manager of Climaveneta Mitsubishi Group.
