An electronic invoice is a document in XML format, containing all the data of an invoice, digitally signed and sent automatically to the Tax Agency.
From January 1st 2019, all enterprises and VAT- registered professionals must implement this new invoicing system.
An invoice not issued in electronic format will be treated as non- existent from a fiscal point of view and consequently as a tax evasion.
The objective of our meeting is to present all the rules concerning electronic invoicing and to suggest what companies can do to comply with the new rules.
We will focus our attention mainly on administrative processes and on the way to turn electronic invoicing into an opportunity to revise and improve processes and activities.

In order to make learning and discussion more fruitful a minimum number of participants is required.
In case that number is not reached the event will be postponed and the new date will be communicated within three days.
In case of postponement registered people have the right of withdrawal or they will be automatically registered for the next scheduled date.
