How to determine product costs

4 June 2020 | ore 17:00 - 19:00

New rules on Company Crisis: fourth meeting

Legislative Decree 14 of 2019 establishes that every company must implement organizational structures capable to prevent possible situations of crisis. GC&P has developed a model that can allow a company not only to abide by the new law, but also to improve its organization according to the Lean principles and increase its sales and profits.

How to determine the cost of Products/Services? Most decisions, especially nowadays, must be based on a correct analysis of costs. But the problem is: what cost configuration must be used? Prime cost, production cost, full cost? And what is the most correct method to calculate costs? Full cost method, direct cost method or A.B.C.?

This workshop will provide an in-depth analysis of all these methods and some guidelines to select the configuration best suited for each company. A correct knowledge of products and services costs is essential for a correct definition of sales prices and discounts. It makes also possible to promptly react to variations of production costs.

This event is for entrepreneurs, managers, controllers, accountants and professionals like CPA (Commercialisti).

Our presenters will be:
ALBERTO CANEPARI
Cofounder of GC&P, expert in Lean Accounting
