3. How and when to communicate your objectives to your team and how to involve them in the pursuit of the same objectives

Our presenter is Chiara Tasinazzo, experienced trainer in Communication and Change Management who supports companies and people to improve welfare in the work- place, to share objectives and to strengthen their teams thanks to techniques of Experiential Training and Soft Skills Development.
