Born in Rovigo, Michele has held for over twenty years important managerial roles in the operations of multinational companies especially in the medical, energy and aerospace fields. He is an expert in managing improvement projects of industrial transformation combining the principles of Lean Thinking with those of Visual Management, Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0. He cooperates with University Consortia on various themes concerning Information technology management.

Michele is certified Lean Six Sigma and is a senior consultant in Lean Management, Production Planning, Logistic Management and Continuous improvement.

He speaks Italian and English.
