A day of active training for Entrepreneurs and Managers: the latest GC&P’s Master Class

As part of its Change Management and Human Resources Management services, GC&P has decided to devote one of its Master Classes to those people inside SMEs (Entrepreneurs and Managers) who are the main actors of change and continuous improvement.

The first edition of our Master Class “To be entrepreneurs today” took place in November 2012. The positive feedback we received encouraged us to organise a new edition in June 2013 on the theme “The human resource: a limitless potential”.

According to a program that included various meetings we dealt with many of the problems that people with high levels of responsibility have to face every day. Our purpose was to create a moment of constructive debate and to offer concrete and practical ideas and solutions.

A few ideas….

1. In an effective organisation people produce value both for the organisation and for the customers

2. A good motivation is a source of competitive advantage: a HR strategic plan should include both soft (training, professional development, internal communication) and hard (Roles, remuneration policies, incentives) aspects

3. Talents are a rare asset. One should do everything not to loose them.
