Talents for Business, the Award which makes it easier for young graduates to find a job

Talents for business is a project that aims at developing the talents of young graduates and helping them to find a suitable job. These objectives are pursued by means of a training program and a qualified work experience.

All training programs are managed by Reviviscar, a service firm founded by Confindustria Belluno Dolomiti.

Reviviscar will organize a set of courses and work experiences for young people in search of a job funded by Regione Veneto and Garanzia Giovani .

All projects last four to five months and each student receives a specialized training by experts, takes part in a two month stage with a company and receives a financial support. 

GC&P makes available money prizes for the best students : 1.000 euros for the winner, 500 euros for the second and the third.

Evaluation criteria will be: proficiency in the class room and results achieved during the stage.

The best ten students will be evaluated by a jury which will select the winners.
