Master Classes and Workshops: the new project
The new project of Master Classes and Workshops by Nord(b)Est – GC&P covers three areas: Business Development, Organizationand Human Resources Management.
This choice is due to our conviction that today in order to be successful a company must be present in the global market and must have an excellent organization and a highly motivated and cohesive team.
For each area we have identified some sub-area and for each sub-area a Master Class and a number of Workshops.
The contents of both Master Classes and Workshops have been selected by GC&P’s expert consultants.
Master Classes have a strategic nature and are designed for Entrepreneurs and Managers. Their main features are:
1. very practical contents
2. presence of highly qualified presenters for each theme
3. emphasis on the benefits of an approach or method more than on technicalities
4. short duration
5. coffe break or final aperitif
6. free of charge
Workshops are specialized courses organized and held by GC&P’s consultants with a high level of competence and experience. Their main features are:
1. extremely practical contents
2. possibility to participate in sessions with growing level of specialization
3. presence of highly qualified presenters
4. highly interactive approach based on business games and exercises aimed at achieving a high level of involvement
5. presentation and discussion of real business cases
6. visits to companies in order to see successful applications of methods and tools
7. coffee breaks and buffets in which zero kilometres biological products will be served in line with GC&P’s environmental policy
8. price/quality ratio extremely favourable
Participation certificates
It is possible to require a participation certificate for each Workshop.
Participants to all the Workshops of the three areas will be granted the status of Gold Members of Nord(b)Est project.
Participants to all the Workshops of a single area will receive the status of Silver Members.
Participants to all the Workshops of a sub-area will receive the status of Bronze Members.
The status has a one year validity starting from the date it is granted.
Costs and discounts
Participation cost is 400 euros a day.
In case of subscription to at least three Workshops a 25% discount on the total cost will be granted.
Bronze members are entitled to a 10% discount per day and, in case of subscription to at least three Workshops, to a 35% discount.
Silver e gold members are entitled to a 25% discount per day and, in case of subscription to at least three Workshops, to a 50% discount.
Costs can be funded using all available tools such as inter professional funds.
Payments and right of withdrawal
It is possible to cancel a participation request within 7 days from the Master Class or Workshop date. In case of late notification we will charge 50% of the cost.
Workshops require a minimum number of participants.
In case that number is not reached the course will be postponed and those enrolled will be notified within three days from the starting date and will be enrolled to the next edition unless they communicate their decision to withdraw.
At month end we will issue an invoice with payment term: 30 days from invoice date.
