Reviviscar and GC&P together in a new development of the long range training initiative “Talents for Business” aimed at creating “Experts in Lean Production and Organization”
Applications are invited for the project: “Expert in Lean Production and Organization”
Eight selected young graduates from high school or university will have the opportunity to receive a high level training and to carry out a two months internship starting from May 2015 in one of the following companies:
– Lino Manfrotto + Co. S.p.a.,
– IMAP S.r.l..
The project is funded by Regione Veneto as part of the project “Garanzia Giovani ”.
The project team includes Reviviscar, Training Center of Confindustria Belluno Dolomiti, which will take care of all organizational aspects, and GC&Pexperts who will make their competence available through training sessions, work team meetings, personal dialogues.
A team like this has a clear objective: to train our young people on the most advanced techniques and methods and help them find a suitable job.
