The training project on Lean and Change Management for 80 employees and labourers of Wanbao Acc is concluded

More than 600 hours of training in three months, 80 workers involved (employees and labourers), 11 working teams led and 11 projects started.

It has been an initiative that started quietly but developed into a great experience and ended with the involvement and the appreciation of all participants.

We thank all members of our work teams: designers, tutors and trainers.

We also thank Veneto Region for providing FSE funds to support this initiative.
