The strong pressure on costs and service have prompted Management to launch a lean transformation project in the operations area. After a first unsuccessful attempt the company understood that outside help was need and so we were asked to take care of the project and to act quickly and intensively in order to prove the effectiveness of the lean approach and to rebuild the commitment and enthusiasm of the people involved.

Taking into consideration our Client’s needs we have proposed a service of Temporary Management. One of our Senior Consultant was assigned to the Client for a one year period in order to teach and apply the principles of lean management in the shortest and most effective way. The activity has implemented a consulting methodology with the intensity and practicality of a typical direct management. At the end of the project, the company obtained a motivated structure oriented at continuous improvement, with the technical and managerial skills needed to proceed along the path of the lean transformation even outside the production process.
