GC&P, in collaboration with Unindustria Treviso, organizes a Workshop on Lean & Green Product Development. The main purpose of our workshop is to present “Lean & Green Product Development” a method for planning and developing new products taking into account the needs of environmental sustainability. This method involves in product development all functional areas of a company: Marketing, Technical Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and, whenever needed Customers and Suppliers. A further purpose of the workshop is to encourage companies to work more closely with Research Centers which deal with environmental protection and energy saving.
