Master Class on Lean Organization: how to reduce costs and increase margin, improving customer service, July the 6th and the 26th 2011

GC&P is glad to present the new workshop on lean organization for small and medium sized enterprises.

Lean Organization is a set of principles, techniques and methods which have a single, clear goal: to make a company more competitive.

Our workshop will concentrate on how to make operations lean. We will explain lean methods and tools aimed at improving production, planning, warehouse management, purchasing. By means of simulations and real cases we will explain also the ideal path to an effective lean transformation.

The workshop is divided into two parts: a one day basic course (Wednesday , July the 6th) and a further day (Tuesday July the 26th). In the second part we will present more case studies and we will explain a few lean methods and techniques in more details.

Workshop teachers will be GC&P’s consultants with a long experience in lean production: Nicola Gianesin, Nicola Rigobello, Simone Tognin, Alberto Canepari.
